He copied in his partner, Siren, on this email. He told me that in lieu of taking down the files, he would add a notice crediting me as the original author. He responded by telling me he had no idea where the file came from, that he’d found it one day on the website Warp My Mind and liked it so much he decided to use it for himself. Naturally, I emailed him and provided him evidence of my original authorship and asked him to take the files down. He did not credit me, nor give any indication that it was not his original work.
Knowing that was untrue, I left a comment of my own asking about it, and was directed to ViVe’s site, where he had used it as one of the two opening inductions for every single one of his brainwashing files. Some three years subsequent, I noticed an odd comment on the Literotica version of that story – someone had called me a “bullshit plagiarist” and told me that the induction was stolen. (I did the same thing with a second email he sent a week or two later.) I was not comfortable with the idea, having already granted Lady Ru’etha an exclusive license to record it commercially, but having gotten a bit of negative feedback from people who didn’t like hearing ‘no’ on that score from me, I decided to simply put him on read and hope that he would take the hint.
Sometime back in 2013, he sent me an email telling me that he really liked my “Zero” induction, which I wrote back in 2010, and that he wanted my permission to record it for non-commercial use. I hadn’t really intended to get any further into this beyond saying that I support and believe Siren in her statement regarding the individual known as ViVe Hypno, but since I am still getting questions on the topic, here’s my personal history with him to the best of my recollection.
